Why is there no locum organisation across the accounting profession?
Do you provide locum services in the industry? If so, let us know.
Have you debunked the myths?
1. The locum accountant will come in and steal all the clients
2. The locum accountant will show me up and do a better job
3. One of my mates will help me out, I guess

Locum
We are proudly establishing a locum service with various tiers of membership based on your needs.
Base level membership – register with availability to provide services. Matching those available subject to meeting selection criteria per below.
Premium level – personalised locum contingency plan on a page, in a format that you can give to family members. This will give your family one number to call to activate with set instructions which you develop to ensure your asset is protected and your clients continue to be looked after the way you want them to be supported. We can also review your insurance to help ensure that you are covered and it will not impede on your family or business continuity.
Selection criteria for total practice management. For example principal replacement due to illness – firms providing locum support need to have a public practice certificate, over 10 years post qualification experience, with registered tax agent licence and PI insurance in place. Also available to temporarily replace a staff member where practice principal will settle requirements of incoming locum support.
We will supply a standard agreement that is reviewed professionally each quarter to help protect the practitioner and the incoming locum accountant. We do suggest that you have your own legal advice on the agreement.
Performance reporting customised to your needs available monthly.
Are you looking to set up a contingency plan or have capacity to support, or do you specialise in locum work? Support the community and register at www.jadejapartners.com we are here to help connect.
