'Coffee and a Case Note' - That Guy!

At the end of 2021, after lockdown and before Omicron, we had the pleasure of meeting, the one and only, James d’Apice – famous for the ‘Coffee and a Case Note’ video brief reports.

Full disclosure, we instigated the meeting and then James bought us a coffee, but, that’s not the reason for the shoutout. Fairly quickly, it was apparent, James, seriously knows his area of law – Litigation and Restructuring.. Therefore, we think, given the difficulty to just get out and meet people during COVID, that we, would be honoured to make this introduction (a ‘warm intro’, one might say).
